Refund policy

The short version

We don’t do refunds on the monthly plan. Cancel anytime and you won’t be billed again. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period.

The longer version

• Cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• We do not prorate partial months.
• Chargebacks: if you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your account. We want to fix things — email [email protected] first.
• Annual plans (if/when available) are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans follow the same no-refund policy as monthly.

How to cancel

1. Log in to your Slickerbook account.
2. Go to Settings → Billing.
3. Click “Cancel subscription.”

You’ll get an email confirmation. Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation, then is permanently deleted.
