1. Who we are

Slickerbook is a scheduling product for pet groomers, operated by Daedalus WorkBench, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). You can reach us at [email protected] for any privacy-related question.

2. What we collect

Account information: your name, business name, email, and password (stored hashed with bcrypt).
Customer data you choose to store: pet names, client names, phone numbers, appointment notes, photos. This is your data; we process it on your behalf.
Payment information: routed to our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your card number.
Usage data: basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to help us improve the product.

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the service.
To send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, reminders).
To detect abuse and protect the service.

We do not sell your data. We do not share customer data with third parties except as needed to deliver the service (e.g., SMS delivery for reminders).

4. Your data, your control

Export your data at any time from Settings → Export.
Delete your account and all data from Settings → Delete Account. We erase your data within 30 days.
Cancel anytime, no questions asked.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to a small number of employees with audit logging.

6. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. We use no third-party advertising cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll email you at least 30 days before they take effect.
